Eligibility

Japanese customer/passport holder is not eligible to purchase this pass.
User must be entering in Japan as a "Temporary Visitor”. *"Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence defined under Japanese immigration law.
Study permit and work permit holders are not allowed to purchase this pass
Child prices apply to children between the age of 6 and 11. *Based on the age at the time of purchase.

Cautions

It is not possible to change to other types of passes or tickets.

If an Exchange Order and E-Ticket are purchased abroad and are to be exchanged in Japan, refunds can only be given
by the original issuing store within a year of the date of issue.
Once a PASS is redeemed, refunds can be given at the point of exchange up to a day before the start of use, deducting a 10% handling charge (220YEN if the amount is less than 220YEN) from the value of the PASS.

C. Purchase and make payment via the website

How To Purchase (b)

A. Auto generated Email notification activated and sent to J-Horizons Travel

B. Ticket/pass will be process as per booking statement.

C. Exchange Order (MCO) or E-Ticket will be sent via email.

How TO Redeem In Japan (C)

A. You may exchange this MCO or E – Ticket at any JR West Ticketing Office or Counter

B. When exchanging, present your MCO or E – Ticket with the passport.
